Return & Exchange Policy
At Missi Made, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely delighted with your jewelry, we have a simple return and exchange policy in place.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and tags.
Please note the following guidelines for returning items:
1. Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back to us.
2. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the item received is faulty or damaged.
3. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and secure return delivery. We are not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
